How big is this piece?

This piece is 17.5” x 24” and weighs 4 pounds.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all contiguous states in the US.

When will I receive my piece?

All pieces are made to order and will ship within six weeks of the order date.

What if my sign breaks?

Breaks happen! If you live in the Kansas City area and can drop the broken sign off at our studio, we can repair it for a fee. If you live outside of Kansas City, we encourage you to support your local neon sign shop! We can provide patterns for free.

How do I install it?

When you receive your sign, it will come with mounting instructions and an easy-to-install bracket. You will need to have a drill and appropriate mounting hardware for the surface you are installing it on.
